Identify a person, the right person to contact, find out who's in charge.
Be prepared to explain your position clearly and quickly.

THE BASICS

-Get the factual information down as simply and as early as possible

sector"

Good visuals can help a great deal. Make up a small pack of a few striking images and a short text explaining the project.
